FIREARM LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY: Any new firearm sold by BGD that becomes defective while owned by the original purchaser will be eligible for BGD’s Lifetime Replacement/Repair Warranty. This warranty extends to any and all parts of the firearm as originally sold by BGD, but does not extend to any firearm that is altered or rebuilt after original purchase, damaged through abuse, misuse or lack of proper care and maintenance, or used other than for its legal intended purposes. This warranty applies only to firearms that are not regulated by The National Firearms Act of 1934, its amendments, and rulings. This warranty does not cover any other type of merchandise. BGD MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. In the event of a valid warranty claim, BGD will replace the firearm without charge, subject to the terms of BGD’s Limited Lifetime Warranty, in accordance with the following procedure:

• If BGD determines the claim qualifies, we will, at no charge, replace the firearm with the same model. If the same model is not available, BGD will repair the firearm if the firearm can be repaired, as determined by BGD in its sole discretion. If there is no replacement available and BGD determines that the firearm cannot be repaired, BGD will replace the nonperforming or defective firearm with a firearm that, in BGD’s sole determination, is substantially similar to the defective firearm.
• BGD Lifetime Warranty is void if the original purchaser fails to complete either Manufacturer or Wholesaler warranty registration.

GUN BUY BACK PROGRAM (New or Used Firearms):  Original purchaser may return the Firearm within 30 Days of purchase for any reason and receive 88% of the purchase price in Store Credit or Store Gift Card. This Program is void if the firearm is altered, rebuilt, damaged through abuse, misuse or lack of proper care and maintenance, or used other than for its legal intended purposes. The firearm must be in like-new condition.

• New Firearms must be returned with the box/case and all original equipment. IE: Magazines, Holster, Magazine Loader, all Paperwork and Manuals, etc.

• Used Firearms must be returned with all items that were purchased with the Firearm at the time of the original purchase. IE: Scope, Sights, Magazines, Holster, etc.

• Purchaser must present the original sales receipt prior to completing the Gun Buy Back.

• Gun Buyback Program does not apply to items that are regulated by The National Firearms Act of 1934, its amendments, and rulings. IE: Suppressors, SBR’s, Machine Guns, etc.

• This Gun Buy Back Program only applies to the Firearm. BGD’s standard Return Policy will apply to any other items bought at the time the firearm was purchased.

• If a Firearm was purchased online at Buckeye Shooting Center, the original purchaser will be responsible for shipping the Firearm to us. The ship date on the shipping label must be within 30 days of receipt.
