Youth League (Summer)

The BSC Youth League is an excellent opportunity for our 2A youth to demonstrate their skills, and makes an excellent foundational tool for learning.
The Buckeye Shooting Center Youth League (BSCYL) is broken into 3 levels.
Level 1 – Rookie shooters (Full 10-week course beginning June 5th): $150
In Level 1, students will sit through 4 weeks of instruction prior to the start of the 6-week league in which Level 2 & 3 shooters will enter. During the 4-week instructional period, students will learn the fundamentals of shooting handguns and rifles, shooting positions, firearm manipulation, and more. Upon graduation of the 4-week course. Students will enter one of two divisions for the 6-week competition: Rimfire -or- Centerfire. All Level 1 shooters will NOT need to pay for entering Level 2 or 3.
Level 2 – Intermediate/Experienced Division (Rimfire Pistol): $75
In Level 2, competitors will shoot of a course of fire utilizing their rimfire pistol. If needed, a rimfire pistol is provided to you on a first come/served basis at no additional cost. Shooters must be able to demonstrate the safe operation and function of the firearm. Finally, shooters must be able to complete all tasks assigned to them under the supervision of the range master. Failure to do so will result in the shooters removal from the league. We all want to have fun, and to do that as safely as possible.
Level 3 – Advanced/Experienced Division (Centerfire Pistol): $75
In Level 3, competitors will shoot of a course of fire utilizing their centerfire pistol. If needed, a centerfire pistol is provided to you on a first come/served basis at no additional cost. Shooters must be able to demonstrate the safe operation and function of the firearm. Finally, shooters must be able to complete all tasks assigned to them under the supervision of the range master. Failure to do so will result in the shooters removal from the league. We all want to have fun, and to do that as safely as possible.
Going to miss a week? No problem! BSCYL will have make-up shoots as well! So, no kid has to worry about missing out on all the fun!
