Individuals who have successfully completed an approved on-line 6 hour CCW Course, that has not expired and possess firearm experience, who wish to complete the firearms instruction and marksmanship portion of Ohio’s CCW application requirements from a certified Instructor.
Students must have completed the NRA Basics of Pistol Shooting course, and show proof of completion, prior to attending this course.
This is a ~4-Hour course, and students must provide valid on-line CCW course completion.
The instruction will cover criminal and civil legal concerns of carrying a concealed firearm. Reviewing fundamentals of firearms skills and marksmanship. Outlining the knowledge, skill, techniques and attitude to accurately use and carry a firearm on the range and in a self defense situation, reinforced with skill drills and a proficiency qualification.
Conveniently scheduled throughout the month at BSC, or schedule a time for your group or own private instruction.
If you’re an individual who has firearms experience, but doesn’t have 8 hours to spend on your day off in the classroom and range. Or have completed or will complete an approved on-line 6 hour CCW course. We can provide you with the required firearms instruction and verification needed to submit with your CCW application, as long as you pass the proficiency test.
Each course instructed at Buckeye Shooting Center is created so that students take-away key pieces of information. If you’re and attentive student, you’ll learn a ton!
